When will the item be back in stock?

If an item is showing out of stock, we will aim to get it back in stock within the next month. Select "Notify Me!" and receive a notification when this item is back in stock.
If this is an item from Shop Geocaching, we will keep the item available while the item is still available. If Shop Geocaching removes the item from distribution, we will remove the item from being available for purchase.


My item has not arrived yet. Where is it?

UK Orders
If you are based in the UK and have ordered, tracking is not available from Royal Mail. However, if you choose a Signed For option, you will receive a tracking reference and this will be updated as Delivered once Royal Mail has delivered the item and received a signature. If you chose a standard postage option, there is no insurance included for the order, and so we cannot submit a claim until 10 working days after the expected delivery date (~2.5 weeks). If your item has not arrived within 17 days of it being shipped, we can submit a claim for up to £20 of the order. If you chose a Signed For option, the insurance available is up to £50 of the order. If we are successful in a claim, the claimed amount will be refunded for your order. Claims for missing items will affect future orders, in line with our terms and conditions.

International Orders
If you are not based in the UK and have ordered, tracking may be available from Royal Mail if International Tracked & Signed was chosen as the shipping option. If you chose the International Standard postage option, there is no insurance included for the order, and so we cannot submit a claim until 25 working days after the expected delivery date (~7.5 weeks). If your item has not arrived within 44 days of it being shipped, we can submit a claim for up to £20 of the order. If you chose the International Tracked & Signed option, the insurance available is up to £50 of the order. If we are successful in a claim, the claimed amount will be refunded for your order. Claims for missing items will affect future orders, in line with our terms and conditions.


How long does it take to receive my order?

How long your item takes to deliver item is dependent on Royal Mail's delivery times. The standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Second Class Standard Post & Signed For: 2 to 3 working days
  • International Standard - Europe: 3 to 5 working days
  • International Standard - Worldwide: 6 to 7 working days
  • International Tracked & Signed - Europe: 3 to 5 working days
  • International Tracked & Signed - Worldwide: 5 to 7 working days
  • International Economy - Eastern Europe: Up to 5 weeks
  • International Economy - Western Europe: Up to 2 weeks
  • International Economy - North America: Up to 6 weeks
  • International Economy - South America, Africa & Asia: Up to 8 weeks
  • International Economy - Australia: Up to 12 weeks



Do you sell geocaching equipment, containers, or geocaches?

We do not sell geocaching equipment, geocaches, or containers, but our friends at Geocache Land and NE Geocaching Supplies do. We recommend checking out their extensive collection of items available.


I have seen an item on Shop Geocaching, but you don't stock it. Can you import it for me?

If you see any item you are interested in at Shop Geocaching, and we do not currently stock it, get in contact and we will see what we can do. We are always expanding the items we offer and so we would be more than happy to help import this item for you and maybe even stock it in the future.


Will you despatch my order the same day?

For all orders received before 2pm, we aim to post them the same day wherever possible.
